DEFINITIONS

1. The “Hire Company” refers to Champagne Tower Specialist.

2. The “Client” refers to the person, firm or corporation hiring equipment from the Hire Company.

3. The “Product/s” refers to all hire items and equipment supplied by the hirer.

4. The term “Order” refers to any booking that the Client has paid a deposit or the balance on.

5. “Terms and Conditions” refers to these terms and conditions of hire.

PRICING / PAYMENT

All quotes provided are via email and are based on your original email enquiry/booking form. Quotes may include any additional fees that are applicable that are disclosed at time of your email enquiry or booking.

Once the deposit/payment has been received by the Hire Company and the Client’s order is confirmed, a secure payment signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions. Final payment for all towers is due 28 days prior to the event unless otherwise arranged.

TO BOOK A $200 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.

Once the Client’s deposit is received, their quote becomes an Order. Balance of Order payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event date.

We accept the following payment methods:

(i) Bank Transfers; and

(ii) Cash payments.

All cash payments must be made in person to Anastasia at Champagne Tower Specialist. All bank transfers must be made to the nominated account details provided on the Hire Form Agreement and state the Client’s surname as the payment description. You should send a copy of the confirmation of payment to ‘Events by Anastasia Pty, Ltd’ after payment to confirm the booking.

www.champagnetowerspecialist.com operates under the company Events by Anastasia Pty Ltd, which you are invoiced from accordingly.

BOND

A $200 bond is required for all orders. The bond will be returned within 72 business hours once all Products have been counted and checked. Should any products be found damaged or missing and require replacement, the Client will be notified and their bond either partially or fully retained. If the amount incurred to repair or replace damaged or missing Products exceeds the bond amount, the Client will be invoiced accordingly.

Broken or missing glasses will be charged at $3.60 each.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If a booking is cancelled outside 21 days prior to the scheduled event, a full refund will be issued minus the $200 deposit. This policy holds without exceptions.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 21 days of the booked event. This policy holds without exceptions. You will receive your refund within 28 days of cancellation directly into your bank account. All cancellations must be put in writing and sent via email.

In the event of a pandemic lockdown, please note cancellations are allowed, however, the money will not be refunded until 28 days post the end of the lockdown. You can reschedule your tower at any time for any date.

PRODUCT AND DATE CHANGES

The Client is able to add Products or substitute one Product for another of more or equal value in their Order up until 48 hours before their event. This is strictly subject to Product availability. Date changes are permissible and strictly subject to Product availability.

PHOTOS

The Client consents to Events by Anastasia Pty Ltd taking photos of your event for advertising and marketing purposes on social media, on their website, in flyers, brochures, or through any other means to market Events by Anastasia Pty Ltd. No fee shall apply for use of the photos for this purpose.

LIABILITY

Events by Anastasia Pty Ltd (Champagne Tower Specialist) does not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or harm caused by a champagne tower during a function to the hirer, any of it’s attendees, or any furniture, fixture or fitting that the tower is placed on. The Client assumes all liability should a tower fall during the function, and indemnifies Events from Anastasia Pty Ltd (Champagne Tower Specialist) from and against all costs, claims, expenses and losses suffered by the Client and guests.

The Client is responsible for providing an appropriate location for the Champagne Tower setup, including a sturdy and level surface. The Client must ensure that the venue permits the use of a Champagne Tower and that any necessary permits or licenses are obtained.

Events by Anastasia Pty Ltd reserves the right to change these Conditions of Hire at any time.

By booking our Champagne Tower service, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
